CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE 60 business-day timeframe for electric service requests 1. INITIAL CONTACT Site visit, review of load, project intent, and member/developer coordination 2. ENGINEERING REVIEW & SYSTEM IMPACT STUDY Voltage studies, capacity checks, and review of any special considerations 3. FIELD STAKING & DESIGN Staking technicians visit the site and mark out the proposed design for construction. 4. PERMITTING, EASEMENTS, FILING, & INSPECTION PREP Coordination to file the required documents 5. MATERIAL PROCUREMENT Coordination to ensure material is on hand. Ordering and receiving materials needed 6. PROCESSING OF AID-TO-CONSTRUCTION Payments must be received, verified, and recorded 7. UTILITY LOCATES 811 locates must be called in and honored for pre-construction 8. SCHEDULING/COORDINATION OF CONSTRUCTION Work scheduled based on crew/contractor availability
