Welcome to Free Community Wi-Fi by Paulding Putnam!
Thanks for using our free public Wi-Fi. We’re proud to keep our neighbors connected — even where we don’t provide electric service.
As your local not-for-profit cooperative since 1935, we’re bridging the digital divide in Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert, and surrounding counties. This free Wi-Fi is part of our commitment to strong communities.
Just as we brought electricity to rural areas in the 1930s when other providers wouldn’t, today we are connecting homes digitally.
Current Community Wi-Fi Locations:
- Grover Hill, Ohio – Welcome Park, Community Building
- Payne, Ohio – Buckeye Park, Community Park, Fire Department, Village Hall Offices & Water Works
