For members to attend a board meeting, they must comply with policy #B014 and request in advance to make a presentation to the Paulding Putnam Board of Trustees under the following conditions outlined in the policy below. Members wanting to attend may print the policy PDF, complete page 3, and return it to the co-op, or may use the online submission form below.

In order to be placed on the meeting agenda, all member requests must include a list of discussion topics and must be received by the President and CEO no later than 5 business days prior to the regularly scheduled board meeting. (Board meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of the month at 5 p.m.).
