Start/Stop/Transfer Service

To better provide valuable information to member/applicants:

• Agreement is given to receive automated informational phone messages
• Agreement is given that:
  • $6.50 of the amount paid for electricity each year is allocated to a subscription for the cooperative magazine

These communication tools are used to share current and past concerns with the membership as a whole on a monthly basis.

By applying for and receiving electric service from Paulding Putnam the applicant becomes a member of the cooperative. Members agree to follow the cooperative’s Terms and Conditions of Service, as outlined in the Code of Regulations, and to pay the rate established by the Board of Trustees.

• Before work can be performed at your location, the member/applicant must sign and return the membership application.
  • If the form is not returned within 30 days, service may be scheduled for immediate disconnection.
    • A $75 reconnect fee will be applied before service can be restored.
