We're excited to welcome Keith Kimmet to the Paulding Putnam team! Keith is joining the co-op as a Facilities Assistant, supporting both facility needs and warehouse operations to help keep things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Here's a Q&A to help everyone get to know the newest member of the Paulding Putnam family! 
Tell us a bit about your life, family, and where you're from.
"I live in Cloverdale, Ohio. I've been married to my wife, Michelle, for nearly 16 years this August. We have three boys — Gavin, Wyatt, and Isaac. I'm also involved in several community groups in Ottoville, including the Lions Club, Park Board, and Park Carnival Committee."
Why did you want to work at Paulding Putnam?
"While working with Paulding Putnam as a contractor, I heard how great a company it is to work for. The position also interested me because of the mix of both outdoor and indoor work."
Can you tell us about your former work history and background?
"I worked in the grocery business for 10 years and then in pest control for 11 years." 
What sorts of tasks will you be doing here at the co-op?
"I'll be working as a Facilities Assistant, helping with facility needs and supporting the warehouse."
What are you looking forward to?
"Learning new things in the electricity world."
What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?
"I enjoy hunting, coaching my kids' sports, and working on community projects."
A fun fact about you?
"I recently took on four chickens and am currently incubating six eggs to see if they hatch."
